Terms of Service
The service
BatchMeta generates stock-platform metadata (titles, descriptions, keywords) for media you own or are licensed to use. You are responsible for reviewing generated metadata before submitting it to any platform and for complying with each platform's rules.
Credits
Credits are one-time purchases consumed per analysis. They do not expire. If an analysis fails, the reserved credits are automatically returned to your balance.
Refunds
Credits are prepaid digital goods added to your account immediately on purchase, so all sales are final and credits are non-refundable once added to your balance. In exceptional cases — such as an accidental or duplicate charge — we may, at our sole discretion, refund unused credits. This does not affect any statutory rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to process unlawful content, content you do not have rights to, or to circumvent rate limits and abuse free credits. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
No warranty
AI-generated metadata is provided as-is, without any guarantee of acceptance by stock platforms. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
